Gregg Murphy:Corporate Portraits

April 29, 2009

A few weeks ago, a good friend of ours came to us for some corporate portraits for a new business he’s launching. Gregg is a passionate entrepreneur and a leader in his field, so it took a little bit of thinking outside the box to get a few images that would fit him. So we started the session inside our studio and got all the traditional studio headshots out of the way. On the way out, I just couldn’t resist taking some shots of him beside his cherry red vintage Ford. And I was so glad we got the shot because this turned out to be one of my most favorite shots of the day.

In a world of vanilla corporate headshots, why not  stand out by being yourself?

Deliberate Simplicity…Deliberately Dave Browning.

April 29, 2009

Recently, Toni and I had the privilege of  spending an afternoon on a commercial shoot for author and pastor Dave Browning of Christ the King Community Church of Burlington, Washington. We were able to capture some amazing images of Dave doing what he loves the most, sharing intimate conversations of faith and hope over the coffee table  with every day people.

Dave’s new book release Deliberate Simplicity “How the Church Does More by Doing Less” is now available through Zondervan Publishing and addresses expanding multisite churches empowered for more effective ministry rather than the corporate, complex megachurch model of the past. This is the new equation for church development-a new equation with eternal results.

Meet Mary Riley with Stage Setters

October 11, 2008

A few weeks ago, we were approached by a local business owner to shoot a corporate headshot for use in publicity campaigns for the upcoming year. Little did we know that we would have the honor to spend time and photograph one of the most energetic and talented people we’ve worked with.

Meet Mary Riley, owner of Stage Setters, a staging company located in beautiful Skagit County. Whether staging a home, designing the interior, building, remodeling or redecorating, Mary can help you create the look and feel that will make the most of your home. In addition to being a business owner, Mary is also the president of Skagit Pros, a professional referral organization located in Mt. Vernon, WA.

Her website is currently under construction so if you want to contact her, go this site or send her an email at Mary at mary@stagesetters.biz

Here are a few favorite images from her photo shoot:
